It'll be Rooibos Tea For Me and Our Allergies

Having allergies is one of the most difficult challenges that many, like myself and family, have to face. Having tasted the tea and loving it I researched the benefits of Rooibos tea which are numerous. When learning it was traditionally used to treat allergies and that this was due to the way it impedes the release of Histamines.

I never thought that it would work so instantly when needed. My youngest child ate some Kiwi Fruit and had a reaction. He told me his throat hurt to swallow and that bumps on his tounge had developed. I gave him a sip of my Rooibos and he was telling me in amazement how it took the pain away instantly.... one swallow. I was called to pick up my eldest from high-school as he had consumed something that had contained nuts. He said it hurt to swallow and the tea had the exact same effect. Instant relief and ability to swallow painlessly.

I now have also experienced this myself and witnessed the instant relief from the pinching feeling I experience in the glandular regions while swallowing after having eaten foods that contain unknown allergens. I am once again amazed.

Caution: Rooibos like normal Tea impedes Iron absorption rate and although not as strongly as normal Tea it is not advised to drink either if you are suffering iron deficiency or related diseases.
